Jest lekkie w ciele, ale bogate w smaku, z wyrazistym finiszem. Podniebienie jest owocowe i bujne, dostarczając skoncentrowanych nut żurawiny, czarnej wiśni i dębu, z nutą grzybów umami. Wino leżakowało 18 miesięcy w beczkach z francuskiego dębu. Jensen Vineyard Pinot Noir to idealne połączenie z delikatnym stekiem Wagyu, sosem grzybowym lub bogatym daniem z łososia.
