    Dziwaczna nazwa wina nawiązuje do ciężkiej pracy, jaką rodzina Jordan włożyła w przekształcenie swojej posiadłości w Stellenbosch w punkt odniesienia dla południowoafrykańskiego wina w ciągu ostatnich czterech dekad. Aby stworzyć idealne warunki glebowe dla rozwoju Cabernet Sauvignon, rodzina usunęła liczne granitowe głazy spod działek winnicy i wysadziła je dynamitem. Jeden szczególnie trudny głaz wymagał ponad 300 ładunków i bardzo długiego lontu, co zainspirowało nazwę tego pysznego Cab.

    Winogrona użyte do produkcji tego wysublimowanego Cabernet pochodzą z zachodnich i północnych winnic, które są chłodzone przez bryzę i mgłę morską z pobliskiej zatoki False Bay. W połączeniu z gorącymi dniami w okresie dojrzewania, tworzy to unikalny mikroklimat, który jest idealny do tworzenia win premium z klasycznymi odmianami Bordeaux.
