This Premier Cru exhibits a complex, well-rounded nose, with notes of baked apple, honey and yeast, supported by whiffs of brushy undergrowth and minerality. On the palate, this is a perfect example of unoaked Chardonnay. Glossy notes of citrus and green apple envelope the mouth from the start, followed by hints of honey and a melody of minerality - limestone, wet rock and salt.
