    The Andremily No.8 wine is a predominantly Syrah blend, with small additions of Mourvedre and Viognier, in the classic style of the Rhone Valley wines. The finished wine was aged in French oak (65% new) for 22 months, before bottling. The wine reveals a dense and deep, dark purple color. The aromatic profile is intense and rich, with notes of cooked plums, cassis, cranberries, and blackberries, and then hints of smoke, truffles, and pepper. On the palate, it is a full-bodied and generous wine, concentrated and harmonious. The tannins are firm and well-integrated. The finish is long and slightly spicy
